At SIRE, we always say real estate isn’t just about buying and selling land; it’s about building something bigger.

And if there’s anyone living that belief, it’s  Sahil Patel  , winner of our  Social Impact Award.

When Business Meets Purpose: 
 

Sahil grew up around land deals, negotiations, and the hustle of his family’s real estate business. But deep down, there was always a question on his mind:

“What’s the point of growing in real estate if your growth doesn’t lift others too?” 

When Sahil joined the   JRE program at SIRE (Batch 02)  , he wasn’t new to real estate—but he was hungry to look at it differently.

He learned how to:

• Break down complex land deals with confidence
• Build strong, meaningful connections with local communities Panchayats, farmers, government officials
• Create a system for land acquisition that wasn’t just profitable but people focused See land not just as property, but as possibility  

And when Sahil stepped back into the real world, he was ready to do things differently.

Small Changes, Big Impact. Let’s talk about the farmers.

• Every day, hundreds of farmers travel to   APMC markets   to sell their crops—the same crops that fill our homes.

But what most people don’t see?

These farmers often don’t even have a proper place to grab a meal.

Sahil saw it and decided to change it.

• He’s now setting up a   Big Food Lounge  , a clean, affordable space where farmers can sit, eat, and recharge, without worrying about costs or comfort.
• It’s not charity it’s respect. It’s dignity.
• It’s what real estate can do when led by the right intentions.

Sahil’s journey is what we’re most proud of at SIRE not because of land size or project counts, but because he represents what we stand for:

•  Learning that’s practical, not just theory.
•  Confidence to lead in the real world.
•  A mindset where success lifts others too.

We didn’t just teach Sahil how to negotiate land. We helped him see how land can transform lives including his own.

At SIRE, we’re not just building real estate leaders. We’re building change makers.
